Dakota Loun

I’ve been fortunate to spend much of my life exploring different parts of the country, meeting incredible people, and gaining a deep appreciation for the good in others. I was raised in a small farming town in Maryland, where I grew up on a sheep farm. That experience instilled in me a strong work ethic and a belief that dedication and perseverance are the foundation for any meaningful success.

I later moved to New York City to attend music engineering school, where I connected with people from all over the world. That chapter of my life broadened my perspective, exposing me to diverse cultures, ideas, and experiences while building lifelong relationships along the way.

After completing my education, my wife and I relocated to Denver, Colorado to continue pursuing my music career while building a life rooted in balance, community, and growth. Today, we are excited to be starting our own family, with our baby boy, Carter, on the way.

Outside of work, I’m passionate about fishing, skiing, and fitness—especially kickboxing—which have all become a big part of my lifestyle here in Colorado.

My life experiences have shaped my ability to connect with people and understand their needs. That’s what led me to real estate—a field where hard work, trust, and genuine relationships come together in a meaningful way. I take pride in helping others navigate important life decisions, whether it’s finding a forever home or simply being someone they can rely on and trust.
